Our proprietary espresso blend combined with Ethiopia Sidamo Full City.  Considered a Full City Roast Espresso Blend.  A rich coffee with hints of berry flavor.  Smooth but stout, full-bodied. Produces a golden crema and works well in espresso-based drinks as well as on its own.
Our Ethiopia Sidamo coffee is grown and exported by the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union (OCFCU) , which is comprised of 146 cooperatives with 130,000 members.
