A 50/50 blend of our "natural water process" decaffeinated coffee combined with a regular coffee of the same roast style.  Natural water process decaffeinated coffee from either of two producer partners: Maya Vinic (Mexico), a cooperative made up of 700 families in 36 communities or CAC Pangoa (Peru), a group with 721 members.

For us, paying a fair price is just the beginning of this relationship. Our trade model includes pre-financing, sharing information, and working together for higher quality coffee.
