This light-bodied coffee has a pronounced citrus aroma and a mild citrus flavor with a high acidity. Produced by the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union's Yirgacheffe cooperative, which has 35 total cooperatives made up of 23,000 members from about 100,000 families. This coffee was grown at elevations between 4900 and 6500 feet.
