How do I find my product?
  To find the product you are looking for, you can use the navigation menus on the top, left, and bottom of our website or type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service at 888-532-4728 for additional assistance.
How do I navigate the site?
  To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left, and bottom of our website.

QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a hand. Scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an arrow. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to find a specific product quickly. How do I use a coupon?
  After adding items to your cart, click the View Cart link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
Where do you ship?
  Café Campesino ships anywhere in the United States, though our flat-rate ground service via UPS or US Postal Service is only available for shipments to destinations within the continental United States.  We reserve the right to charge US Postal Service posted rates on orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and destinations in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of the Cafe Campesino website to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of the Cafe Campesino website to view orders you have placed. Then click the Change quantities / cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that you cannot edit an order once it has begun processing or has shipped.
My order never arrived.
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact our customer service at 888-532-4728 for assistance.
How do I track my order?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at 888-532-4728 within 3 days of receiving your order.
My product is missing parts.
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of the Cafe Campesino website to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If each of your packages shows a "delivered" status, please contact customer service at 888-532-4728 for assistance.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Orders generally roast and ship within one business day of receipt.  We offer flat-rate shipping - $5.95 per order - via UPS standard ground service or US Postal Service's Priority Mail for retail customers shipping to destinations in the continental United States.  Please note that orders shipping to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico as well as APO/DPO/FPO military addresses may not eligible for our flat-rate shipping of $5.95 and will be charged the USPS posted rate.

When will my backorder arrive?
  We will do our best to turn around back orders as soon as possible.  Generally speaking, back orders take one to two weeks to fulfill, depending on how swiftly our suppliers move.
