Coffee lore says that the first known blend was made by combining beans from Yemen, located on the Arabian peninsula, with ones grown on the Indonesian island of Java. Cafe Campesino's version uses beans widely accepted as modern-day equivalents. This is a sweet, silky-bodied coffee with bright, citrus acidities.
