A blend of Colombia Medium, Sumatra Viennese, and Nicaragua Medium Roasts created in honor of the Rosalynn Carter Butterfly trail, a trail that was the result of Mrs. Carter's desire to bring public awareness to the declining monarch butterfly population. This is a fair trade, organic, medium-bodied coffee with a sweet fragrance, mellow flavor, and soft acidity. Available in a variety of grind options.
