Our coffee roast styles were selected by our roast master to ensure that we get the most our of our truly exceptional, specialty-grade, green coffee beans... coffee beans that are fair trade and organic!
Full City Roast - our intermediate roast style. Our Full City-roasted coffee beans are medium to dark brown in color and are generally dry though they are dotted with tiny droplets or patches of oil. Their acidity tends to be somewhat muted, compared to our Medium Roast, which is characterized by a more pronounced level of acidity.
